PANews 2月23日消息，据The Block报道，Hanwha Asset Management已与Jito Foundation达成战略合作伙伴关系，旨在韩国开发流动性质押交易型开放式指数产品（ETP）的基础设施。
双方于周一宣布的协议重点在于技术和监管准备工作，以支持与Solana区块链上的流动性质押代币JitoSOL挂钩的受监管金融产品。Hanwha Asset Management副总裁Choi Young-jin表示，JitoSOL是能够同时提供高收益和流动性的资产，将成为追求投资组合多元化的退休养老金投资者具有吸引力的替代资产。
该合作伙伴关系的目标包括将JitoSOL整合至ETP结构、验证受监管的托管解决方案、建立风险管理框架以及与当地监管机构协调合规事宜。核心任务是将JitoSOL的双重收益机制（结合标准质押奖励与最大可提取价值MEV奖励）纳入适合韩国市场的金融产品。
截至2025年中期，Hanwha Asset Management管理资产规模约为6.4万亿韩元，约合44.4亿美元。此项合作标志着金融机构正为韩国推动数字资产产品及服务的立法进行布局。韩国正在制定的数字资产基本法预计将建立更清晰的监管框架，包括允许国内机构推出加密货币ETP。目前，由于稳定币发行方资格争议，该法案的进展已超出原定的2025年期限，但韩国主要机构已开始为相关立法建设数字资产产品的技术与制度基础设施。
