2月11日消息，去中心化金融协议Spark宣布推出面向机构的全新借贷基础设施，目标是构建链上资本与传统金融体系之间的安全通道。通过Spark Prime与Spark Institutional Lending两大产品，Spark正将DeFi领域最深厚的稳定币流动性引入此前长期依赖链下模式的机构借贷市场。
Spark表示，这两项服务已将超过90亿美元的已部署稳定币流动性扩展至对冲基金、交易公司和金融科技机构，这些参与方需满足托管与合规要求。根据Galaxy的数据，目前链下加密借贷规模约为330亿美元，说明大量机构仍对直接接触链上资产保持谨慎，但对加密相关融资的需求依然强劲。
Phoenix Labs联合创始人Sam MacPherson指出，新体系本质上是通过合格托管机构进行的场外加密借贷，并采用超额抵押结构，以降低系统性风险。他强调，过去无担保贷款曾造成严重后果，而新的设计通过风险控制与托管隔离，显著提升了贷款安全性。
Spark Prime引入统一保证金框架，允许借款人在中心化平台、DeFi协议及合格托管机构之间灵活部署抵押品，同时在单一风险引擎下进行清算与管理。该系统由主经纪商Arkis提供技术支持，当组合风险超出阈值时，可自动触发跨平台平仓，为对冲基金等高频策略提供更高资本效率。
Spark Institutional Lending则面向偏好全托管模式的机构，通过与Anchorage Digital等服务商合作，借款人可在受监管环境中使用托管抵押品，同时接入Spark管理的链上流动性池。
此前，Spark已为多项机构级产品提供核心流动性支持，包括为2025年比特币借贷项目及稳定币生态提供数亿美元资金。此次升级，意味着Spark正逐步成为连接稳定币需求与全球资本市场的重要基础设施。（CoinDesk）
