PANews 10月23日消息，Ocean Protocol发文解释其退出ASI联盟的原因以驳斥“虚假指控”，指责合作伙伴SingularityNET和Fetch违背了联盟关于“各方保留资产控制权”的核心承诺。Ocean指出，合并后SingularityNET进行鲁莽的财务操作并大量消耗市场流动性，包括增发1亿美元代币以及维持每月600万美元的巨额消耗，Fetch创始人Sheikh则被指漠视去中心化原则，不仅大量出售代币，更试图强制Ocean将其独立运营的社区财库oceanDAO资产全部转换为FET代币。Ocean早在2024年4月就因合作基础丧失而请求退出，却遭到法律威胁。最终，Fetch与SingularityNET在2025年8月试图单方面关闭代币桥，违反章程，迫使Ocean提起法律诉讼并退出联盟。 Ocean指出，FET代币价格从峰值暴跌93%，其主要原因在于SingularityNET与Fetch的大量抛售以及Fetch自身高风险“TRNR”交易的失败，而非其退出所致。在整个过程中，Ocean始终坚守去中心化原则，即个体对其资产拥有无可争议的主权。此次退出是为了避免Ocean社区利益受到进一步损害，未来Ocean将继续专注于其技术与产品的独立发展。此前消息，Bubblemaps表示：Ocean Protocol疑似抛售超1亿美元社区代币，Fetch AI已公开指控其不当行为。
