金十数据10月22日讯，近日，外媒报道称，贝莱德已成为Meta Platforms（META.O）在路易斯安那州建设数据中心所需的270亿美元私募债融资的最大投资者之一。据知情人士透露，贝莱德上周购买了超过30亿美元的债券，用于为名为 “Hyperion” 的数据中心项目融资。标普信息显示，该项目由私募信贷管理公司蓝猫资本持有80%的股份，而Meta持有剩余的20%。这笔交易之所以引人注目，一方面是因为其规模——这是迄今为止史上最大规模的私募债融资；另一方面则是因为其获得了投资级评级。标普给予这批债券A+评级，认可了Meta在项目中的背书作用。不过，债券发行时的收益率高达6.58%，这一水平通常只在垃圾债券市场中才会出现。
