Golden Finance reports that the encryption infrastructure provider Utila has announced the completion of a $22 million financing round, led by Red Dot Capital Partners, with participation from investors such as Nyca, Wing VC, DCG, and Cerca Partners, increasing its valuation nearly threefold in six months, expanding the total amount of Series A financing in March to $40 million.
