1️⃣ Wormhole Foundation计划对Stargate提出更高报价 Wormhole Foundation宣布有意对Stargate (STG)提出超过LayerZero目前1.1亿美元ZRO代币报价的更高出价。Wormhole Foundation认为，Stargate当前估值未能反映其实际价值，并指出该协议拥有包括7600万美元稳定币、1600万美元ETH在内的大量资产。
2️⃣ Stargate协议表现优异 Stargate协议展现出显著的业务增长。7月份，其桥接交易量达到40亿美元，同比增长10倍。目前，Stargate的总锁仓价值(TVL)为3.45亿美元，预计年收入为200万美元。这些数据凸显了Stargate在跨链领域的重要地位。
3️⃣ 潜在并购或重塑行业格局 Wormhole Foundation要求暂停Snapshot投票流程5天，以完成其竞争性提案。这一潜在的高价并购可能引发行业重组，对跨链协议和相关代币的估值产生深远影响。
