這是自美以聯手對伊朗發動軍事行動以來，衝突首次直接延伸至核研究設施周邊！伊朗飛彈 21 日深夜擊中以色列南部的狄莫納（Dimona）與阿拉德（Arad）兩地，其中狄莫納距以色列內蓋夫核子研究中心僅約 20 公里，阿拉德則位於核設施北側約 35 公里處。
以色列防空系統未能完全攔截來襲飛彈，部分飛彈直接落地爆炸。
傷亡與建築損毀
據外媒報導，攻擊造成至少 7 人重傷，共計 64 人被緊急送往醫院。阿拉德的災情尤為嚴重，至少 10 棟公寓受損，其中 3 棟已面臨嚴重倒塌風險。
以色列總理納坦雅胡當晚發表宣告，坦承「這是一個非常艱難的夜晚」，但同時宣示將「在各戰線持續打擊敵人」。
報復迴圈：核換核
這波攻擊是一場對稱性的報復。伊朗宣稱，此次飛彈攻擊是針對以色列同日轟炸伊朗 Natanz 核設施的直接回應：一方打核設施，另一方就打核設施周邊，衝突邏輯已從傳統軍事目標滑向更危險的核鬥賽局。
開戰至今已超過 4 週，自 2 月 28 日美以聯手發動攻擊起算，中東戰火非但未熄，反而持續升溫。
核安全確認：目前無輻射異常
儘管攻擊點距核設施極近，聯合國核子監督部門明確表示，目前未收到任何核設施受損或輻射異常的報告。
伊朗司法部門官方通訊社米珊（Mizan）也同步確認，此次事件未造成輻射外洩。核災風險雖暫時排除，但飛彈落點已逼近紅線，未來任何精準度偏差都可能引發無法收拾的後果。
加密市場極度恐慌
這場攻擊發生之後，加上川普今早對伊朗發出 48 小時最後通牒，加密市場再次陷入極度恐慌，比特幣急跌後目前回彈到 6.9 萬美元之上。
核設施周邊遭到攻擊的訊息，將使本已高度緊繃的地緣政治不確定性進一步加劇。中東衝突若持續朝核設施方向延伸，避險情緒的壓力預計短期內難以消散。
