Gate News 消息，3 月 11 日，特朗普政府于 3 月 12 日对 16 个主要贸易伙伴的工业产能过剩情况启动新一轮 301 贸易调查，旨在重新施加关税压力。此前，美国最高法院于上月推翻了特朗普全球关税计划的核心内容。美国贸易代表格里尔表示，此次调查对象包括欧盟、印度、日本和韩国等 16 个美国最大的贸易伙伴，加拿大未被列为调查对象。此外，特朗普政府还计划最早于周四启动另一项独立调查，涉及禁止进口使用强迫劳动生产商品的规定，该调查预计将覆盖至少 60 个国家。格里尔表示，未来还将陆续展开更多调查，可能针对一些国家的数字服务税、药品定价以及其他贸易问题。
