Gate News 消息，3 月 7 日，韩国消费者院消费者纠纷调解委员会决定启动针对某 CEX 的 API 联动活动补贴发放相关的集体纠纷调解程序。据悉，该交易所去年 11 月开展了一项活动，承诺向首次使用 API（应用程序编程接口）交易的用户返还全部交易手续费，并发放 10 万韩元 API 联动补贴。但平台在最初公告发布后，又追加了「排除仅以领取活动福利为目的的一次性交易」的注意事项，并拒绝向部分消费者发放补贴。消费者事务局通过「消费者损害事件探测系统」发现该情况，并征集 77 名消费者，于今年 1 月向委员会申请集体纠纷调解。委员会于 3 月 5 日决定启动调解程序，并将在 23 日前发布集体纠纷调解启动公告，着手制定调解方案。
