Vitalik 昨晚發了一則貼文，闡述如何透過密碼學技術（ZK、MPC）加上 LLM 來彌補民主治理的缺陷。他認為與其讓 AI 統治人類，不如讓 AI 成為每個人的數位秘書，幫你過濾資訊、代表你發聲：
「AI 成為政府」是反烏托邦的：當 AI 弱小時，它會導致治理崩壞；而當 AI 強大後，它會將毀滅風險最大化。但如果運用得當，AI 可以賦能人類，並推動民主/去中心化治理模式的邊界。
DAO 治理的三個結構性缺陷
我們知道，去中心化自治組織 DAO 的理想雖然美好，但實際執行上卻碰到很多難關。
第一是選民冷漠。主要 DAO 的平均投票率在 17% 到 25% 之間，部分提案的實際參與者不到代幣持有人的 10%。這不是因為持幣者不在乎，而是因為一個活躍的 DAO 每年可能有數百份提案，每份提案涉及智能合約升級、財務分配、參數調整等高度技術性的內容。
對一個普通持幣者來說，逐一閱讀並投票的時間成本遠超過他的治理代幣價值。
第二是寡頭化。Compound 的前 10 大投票者控制了 57.86% 的投票權；Uniswap 的數字是 44.72%。代幣加權投票制度天然傾向於資本集中者，而選民冷漠又加劇了這個傾斜。
第三是資訊不對稱。多數代幣持有者既沒有時間、也沒有專業能力去評估一份涉及預言機設計或流動性池參數的提案。
結果就是：理性的冷漠、少數人的獨斷、以及偶爾被治理攻擊者利用的漏洞。
Vitalik 的解方：個人 LLM + 密碼學
Vitalik 提出的解決方案分為三層：
第一層是個人治理代理。每個人運行自己的 Angent，讓其可以根據從你的個人寫作、對話歷史、直接陳述等推斷出你的個人偏好。換句話說，它是你的私人治理幕僚，幫你快速讀完 300 份提案，然後用三句話告訴你哪些值得你參與。
第二層是 AI 輔助的公民對話機制。讓 Angent 幫助你總結你的觀點，將其轉換為可公開分享的內容，創造類似 pol.is 和 Community Notes 的結構化討論，在不同觀點之間找出共識，降低對立。
第三層是 AI 整合的預測市場。如果一個治理機制重視任何類型的高質量輸入（可以是提案，甚至是論點），那麼你可以建立一個預測市場：任何人都可以提交輸入，AI 可以針對代表該輸入的代幣進行投注；如果該機制「採納」了該輸入，它就會向該代幣的持有人支付 $X。
具備私密資訊的去中心化治理
Vitalik 寫道高度去中心化/民主治理的最大弱點之一，是當重要決策需要依賴秘密資訊時，它運作得並不理想。常見情境包括：
- 組織參與對抗性衝突或談判
- 內部爭議調解
- 薪酬/資金分配決策
因此他提議使用零知識證明（ZKP）來驗證投票資格而不暴露身份；使用可信執行環境（TEE）讓個人 LLM 在黑箱中參與判斷；使用多方安全計算（MPC）處理涉及機密資訊的治理決策。
簡單來說，這套架構的目標不是用 AI 取消人類的判斷，而是透過 AI 讓人類的每一個判斷都更有品質。
AI 是引擎，人類是方向盤
Vitalik 的「AI 是引擎，人類是方向盤」的比喻很優雅，但方向盤的重量取決於握它的人。如果 90% 的代幣持有者把方向盤完全交給自己的 LLM，而這些 LLM 又碰巧都用同一套訓練資料和相似的推理模式，那去中心化治理最終可能變成一場同質化的 AI 共識，比人類投票更有效率，但也更容易被系統性地欺騙。
這套願景是否可行，取決於一個根本性的前提：有多少人願意為了治理品質，花時間去訓練和校準自己的 AI 代理。如果答案是「跟現在願意投票的人一樣少」，那個人 LLM 治理最終可能只是把寡頭從鯨魚，換成了鯨魚的 AI 助手。
但至少，Vitalik 提出了正確的問題：去中心化治理的瓶頸不在技術，而在注意力。如果 AI 能幫助分配注意力而不是取代判斷，這個方向就值得認真對待。
