2月11日消息，马来西亚国家银行（BNM）宣布，计划于2026年启动三项围绕本地货币稳定币与代币化存款的试点项目，重点服务国内及跨境批发支付场景。相关计划由马来西亚数字资产创新中心（DAIH）统筹推进，该平台是马来西亚用于测试加密与区块链金融应用的监管试验环境。
BNM在公告中透露，这三项项目将分别由多家本地与国际银行牵头。其中，一项由 Standard Chartered Malaysia 与 Capital A 主导，聚焦B2B场景的林吉特稳定币结算；另外两项则由 Maybank 与 CIMB 牵头，专注于面向支付用途的代币化存款方案。上述测试将用于评估稳定币与链上存款对货币体系、流动性管理及金融稳定性的潜在影响。
BNM表示，在试点运行的基础上，监管机构计划于2026年底前进一步明确令吉稳定币和代币化存款的使用规则，并将相关成果与央行现有的批发型央行数字货币（CBDC）研究相衔接，以提升跨机构与跨境结算效率。
这一动向也反映出亚洲在稳定币与链上金融基础设施方面的快速推进。香港已建立稳定币发牌制度，并通过“Ensemble项目”测试代币化存款；新加坡在“Guardian项目”下探索机构级链上支付；日本则在2025年底推出首个日元挂钩稳定币JPYC，并由 MUFG、SMBC 与 Mizuho 启动企业支付试点。
随着多国央行加速布局，稳定币与代币化存款正从概念验证走向真实业务场景。马来西亚此举被视为区域内数字货币基础设施升级的重要一步，也为跨境结算与机构级区块链应用提供了新的想象空间。
