Inspur: Shareholder Inspur Power Co., Ltd. intends to reduce its shareholding by no more than 2%

On January 9, Sugon announced that the shareholder Zhongke Suyuan held 239 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares, accounting for 16.36% of the company's total share capital. After 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement, Zhongke Computing plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, that is, no more than 29,264,100 shares. The reduction period is from February 11 to May 11, 2025, and the reduction price will be determined according to the market price. The shareholding reduction plan is carried out by Zhongke Computing for its own development needs, and the source of the shareholding reduction is obtained before the IPO.
