Gate News 消息，3 月 16 日，Ledger 亚太区负责人 Takatoshi Shibayama 表示，若美国实施更广泛的稳定币收益禁令，其他国家的机构、稳定币发行方和监管机构之间将展开相关讨论。他指出，澳大利亚等国已为稳定币发行方提供监管豁免，但目前大多数稳定币即使在美国以外也未向用户提供收益或奖励，以保护银行利益。若美国政策发生变化，各国稳定币发行方与监管机构之间关于允许收益传递给用户的讨论将大幅增加。目前美国参议院正在推进一项加密监管法案，但由银行业游说团体支持的禁止第三方平台提供稳定币收益的条款导致立法陷入停滞，加密行业游说方对此表示反对。Shibayama 还表示，亚洲金融机构对加密行业的关注方式已发生转变，自去年以来加密与区块链技术出现一定程度的脱钩。机构更关注金融产品代币化和稳定币发行，而非 DeFi 和质押等加密原生产品，比特币和以太坊等加密资产被排除在讨论之外。不过资产管理公司仍在考虑推出加密产品以丰富客户选择。
