ChainCatcher 消息，明尼苏达州民主农工党代表 Erin Koegel 近日提出法案 HF 3642，旨在全州范围内禁止加密货币自动取款机 ( kiosk ) 的放置和运营。该提案源于当地执法部门报告的多起针对老年人的诈骗案件，其中一些受害者因此面临严重的经济困难。明尼苏达州商务部表示“强烈支持”该法案，并计划在未来几天提出更广泛的消费者保护提案。
据报道，明尼苏达州现有约 350 台由 8 - 10 家公司运营的加密货币自动取款机。去年该州接到 70 起相关投诉，报告损失总计 54 万美元。该法案将废除 2024 年制定的现行监管框架，包括披露要求和交易限额等规定。
