BlockBeats 消息，2 月 27 日，纳斯达克上市的比特币矿企 TeraWulf 周四发布财报，2025 年全年营收达 1.685 亿美元，同比增长 20.3%，其中包含来自新推出 HPC 租赁业务的 1690 万美元。尽管营收增长，公司全年净亏损扩大至 6.614 亿美元，调整后 EBITDA 亏损为 2310 万美元。
TeraWulf 将 2025 年定义为「转折之年」，目前已签订覆盖 522 兆瓦关键 IT 负载的长期数据中心租约，合同客户收入超 128 亿美元，并有 65 亿美元融资支持其 HPC 平台建设。第四季度，受比特币产量和价格下跌影响，数字资产收入环比下滑至 2610 万美元，但 HPC 租赁收入增至 970 万美元。
公司战略正加速向 AI 与云计算客户倾斜，核心布局位于纽约 Lake Mariner 园区和得克萨斯州 Abernathy HPC 园区。本月早些时候，TeraWulf 还收购了肯塔基州和马里兰州的棕地基础设施，新增约 1.5 GW 容量。
