那斯達克 (Nasdaq) 與美國芝商所 (CME Group) 最新宣布，將原本的「Nasdaq Crypto Index, NCI」重新整併、改名為「Nasdaq-CME Crypto Index」。
那斯達克攜手 CME，正式整併加密指數
目前納斯達克與 CME Group 已正式整合雙方的加密指數架構，並將原有的 NCI，整併後更名為「Nasdaq-CME Crypto Index」。根據納斯達克發言人證實，目前這個指數納入的加密資產包括：
比特幣 (BTC)
以太幣 (ETH)
瑞波幣 (XRP)
Solana (SOL)
Chainlink (LINK)
Cardano (ADA)
Avalanche (AVAX)
納斯達克指數產品管理主管 Sean Wasserman 在官方聲明中指出，投資人正在從「只看比特幣」的思維，轉向用指數方式來代表整個加密市場，就像股票、債券等傳統資產類別一樣，都會用指數來當作市場溫度計。
2021 啟動布局，產品規模突破十億美元
NCI 最早於 2021 年推出，隨後授權給加密資產管理公司 Hashdex，在美國、歐洲與拉丁美洲發行相關產品，目前整體資產規模已超過 10 億美元，其中也包括美國第一檔多元加密資產指數 ETF「Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF」(代號 NCIQ)。
雙方表示，隨著投資人對受監管加密投資產品的需求持續升溫，未來以 Nasdaq-CME Crypto Index 為基礎的金融商品，預期將進一步擴大。
同時 Wasserman 表示，這個指數的目標不只是用來看行情，而是要成為 ETF、結構型商品、主動型基金等各種金融商品的基礎。未來投資人可以像操作股票投資組合一樣，用這個指數來做風險管理、資金配置與分散投資。
雙機構共同治理，讓加密制度設計走向主流金融
對機構投資人來說，治理機制是評估加密投資的重要關鍵。新版 Nasdaq CME Crypto Index 由那斯達克與 CME Group 共同成立治理委員會，負責監督指數運作，只納入通過審核的交易所與託管機構，並依市場與法規變化調整。而指數計算交由 CF Benchmarks 負責，該公司也是兩家長期合作的加密資產基準指標供應商。
Wasserman 表示，加密市場仍在成長階段，需要由兩家具有豐富市場經驗、風控保守的國際機構共同治理，才能建立信任。那斯達克也公開指數方法，包括成分資格、流動性門檻、權重與季度調整機制，強調制度以透明為核心。
CME 集團股票與另類產品執行董事 Giovanni Vicioso 指出，這樣的設計，是要讓投資人感受到，加密資產的制度水準正逐步接近傳統金融市場。
