Tencent responds to being sued by miHoYo: The latter seeks to obtain relevant QQ user data due to its own civil litigation needs.

Jin10 reported on September 2 that recently, "miHoYo sues Tencent" has become a trending topic, sparking widespread discussion. In the late night of September 1, Tencent responded by stating: "This lawsuit is due to miHoYo's need for civil litigation, hoping to retrieve relevant QQ user data. However, according to the relevant laws protecting user privacy, Tencent cannot illegally provide user data, and such requests can only be made through formal judicial procedures. Tencent will strictly adhere to legal regulations and the relevant litigation procedures to provide support."
