10T Holdings has merged with 1RoundTable to form a new entity called 50T and launched a new fund of $500 million.
Golden Finance reports that the crypto venture capital firm 10T Holdings has announced a merger with 1RoundTable Partners (1RT) and will be rebranded as 50T. This entity will focus on digital asset business and emphasize a structured downside protection investment strategy. At the same time, 50T has launched a new fund, the 50T Fund, with a scale of $500 million, which is expected to complete its first private sale financing in the fourth quarter of this year.
