Did a presentation on HIP-3.

Now doing one one HIP-4 where I get to keep many slides.
HIP-4 will also need 500k HYPE Staked to Deploy
Flywheel is similar: Liquidity => More Deployers
HIP-4 enables a 100x better product than current offerings. Just like HIP-3 did.
