3月4日消息，比特币矿业公司Core Scientific近日披露，其正在出售部分比特币储备，以为公司向人工智能与高性能计算（HPC）基础设施转型提供资金支持。根据公司提交的最新10-K文件，自2025年12月至2026年2月期间，该公司已累计出售1,924枚比特币，套现约1.76亿美元。
链上数据平台Bitcoin Treasuries显示，目前Core Scientific仍持有约613枚比特币，价值约4200万美元。与此同时，公司计划将位于美国德克萨斯州佩科斯的数据中心从传统比特币挖矿业务转型为托管服务设施，以承接不断增长的AI算力需求。
业内人士认为，这一调整反映出比特币矿业公司商业模式正在发生变化。随着能源成本上升以及挖矿利润率下降，越来越多矿企开始探索数据中心、AI算力托管以及高性能计算等新收入来源。此前，多家矿业公司已启动类似战略转型，包括CleanSpark、Riot Platforms以及IREN等企业。
与此同时，比特币矿企减少储备资产的行为，也让市场开始重新评估“数字资产国库（DAT）”模式的可持续性。另一家大型矿企MARA Holdings近期同样调整了资产策略，允许出售资产负债表上的比特币，这意味着其此前坚持的“HODL长期持有策略”出现明显变化。
市场分析人士指出，在比特币价格未能刷新历史高点的背景下，一些企业开始更加重视现金流和资本效率。截至目前，比特币价格约为6.8万美元，过去一个月下跌约11%，近三个月跌幅接近27%。
不过，并非所有企业都选择减持。比特币持仓规模最大的上市公司Strategy（原MicroStrategy）仍维持其长期持有策略。公司创始人Michael Saylor近日再次表示正在继续买入比特币。不过，该公司CEOPhong Le此前也承认，在极端市场环境下，公司理论上仍可能出售部分比特币储备以应对流动性风险。
