PANews 2月19日消息，据CoinDesk报道，加密借贷公司 Ledn 宣布完成首单以比特币作为抵押资产的资产支持证券（ABS）交易，融资规模达 1.88 亿美元，为加密信贷市场开创先例。据报道，本次交易将超过 5,400 笔由比特币持仓担保的个人贷款打包发行债券，贷款加权平均利率为 11.8%。资产支持证券以底层贷款现金流作为偿付来源，投资者通过债券获取相应收益。本次发行分为两个分层（tranches），其中投资级部分定价为较基准利率高 335 个基点。Jefferies 担任本次交易的独家结构设计与簿记管理人。鉴于比特币价格波动较大（近四个月最大回撤曾达约 50%，低至 6 万美元），该结构引入自动抵押品清算机制，当触及风险阈值时将执行强制平仓，以在市场剧烈波动期间保护投资者。业内人士认为，此次发行标志着比特币抵押贷款首次进入传统资产证券化市场框架，为加密信贷资产与主流资本市场的融合提供新路径。
