日本金融业高管称加密税改进展“极其缓慢”，或最早至2028年生效

Odaily星球日报讯日本金融业高管对加密税制改革进展表示不满。SBI Global Asset Management CEO 朝仓智也（Tomoya Asakura）在 X 平台发文称，日本加密税改进程“极其缓慢”，并引述政界人士观点称，相关改革措施可能再度推迟一年，最早或要到 2028 年才能落地，但尚未最终确定。朝仓智也表示，若改革持续拖延，日本在加密与金融创新发展方面将不仅落后于美国，也将落后于亚洲及中东地区。SBI 是日本大型金融集团之一，同时也是 Ripple 的重要合作伙伴，并运营加密交易平台 SBI VC Exchange。该集团此前已宣布计划于 2026 年上半年推出日元稳定币。目前，日本加密交易者需将加密资产收益按“杂项所得”申报，最高税率可达 55%，且不允许亏损结转或抵扣。日本金融厅（FSA）已表态希望将加密资产重新归类为投资工具，使其适用与股票、外汇交易相同的约 20% 分离课税制度。相关法律修订预计于 2026 年初提交国会审议，但若按惯例实施周期推算，正式生效时间或进一步推迟。（DL News）
