PANews 12月17日消息，据Decrypt报道，区块链公司Theta Labs的两名前高管在加利福尼亚州提起举报人诉讼，指控该公司及其首席执行官Mitch Liu多年来一直进行欺诈、市场操纵和报复行为。前高管Jerry Kowal和Andrea Berry分别向洛杉矶高等法院提起诉讼，指控Liu利用Theta Labs及其母公司Sliver VR Technologies，通过误导性合作和未披露的内部人士代币销售来抬高代币价格，同时对提出担忧的员工进行报复。代表Jerry Kowal的律师指出，Mitch Liu将Theta Labs作为个人交易工具，实施欺诈、自利交易和市场操纵行为。Liu精心策划的拉高出货计划多次使投资者和员工的价值化为乌有。Liu涉嫌的计划还包括“为NFT生成虚假报价”，其中一些与Katy Perry等名人的高调合作有关。Berry的诉状还针对Theta此前关于谷歌的声明，指控该公司公开将一项常规云服务协议歪曲为战略合作伙伴关系。诉状还指出了另外两起自利交易行为，指控称“Theta所谓的‘合作伙伴’实际上是Liu创建并全资拥有的其他公司”。
