Fogo cancels the public sale plan originally scheduled for December 17 and switches to airdrop distribution.
On December 13, Fogo officially announced on social media that it has decided to cancel the previously scheduled token presale on December 17. The current strategy is now focused on allocating more resources to airdrops. Fogo stated that since the presale announcement, the team has completed snapshot recordings for the following groups: Fogo Fishers participants, Portal Bridge token holders, and all users involved in USDC cross-chain transfers. These groups will receive corresponding Fogo Flames points rewards. The Fogo Flames points program has always been a core pillar of its ecosystem development, aiming to facilitate more meaningful token distribution for developers, community members, and ecosystem participants. The first batch of rewards will be distributed simultaneously when the mainnet goes live on January 13.
