Foresight News reports that the River stablecoin system, which abstracts chains, has announced that the River Pts conversion is temporarily paused. In response to community feedback, the team has initiated a comprehensive buyback plan. The buyback price is 0.0000447 BNB (approximately $0.048). The snapshot will be taken on November 9, 2025, at 19:09, during which the wallet balances of each public sale participant holding River Pts will be recorded. River Pts eligible for buyback must have been purchased during the public sale and still be held at the time of the snapshot (including staked River Pts), with no sales, transfers, or conversions. The buyback schedule is as follows: the buyback plan will be announced on November 10; eligible addresses and amounts will be published from November 12 to 20; participants will send River Pts to the designated buyback address; from November 20 to 23, the team will review and confirm all buyback addresses and amounts; finally, all BNB buybacks will be completed and transferred to eligible addresses by November 23. Please note that River Pts from non-public sale addresses will be considered burned and are not eligible for buyback.
