Gate News bot 消息，据PANews消息称，GlueNet联创Ogle在X平台发文称，跨链协议Across Protocol团队涉嫌利用秘密投票从Across DAO金库中提取约2300万美元，用于其私人公司Risk Labs。

2023年10月，Across项目负责人Kevin Chan向DAO提交提案，申请将1亿枚ACX代币（目前价值约1500万美元）转移至Risk Labs，声称这是对Across Protocol 未来的战略投资，并承诺代币两年内不会出售。然而，链上分析显示，凯文及团队成员使用多个秘密钱包参与投票，营造出社区广泛支持的假象。

不到一年后，团队再次提出“追溯拨款”要求，索要5000万枚 $ACX（目前价值约750万美元）。更令人担忧的是，团队被指在未披露的情况下，已将第一份提案中的代币期权协议卖给“战略投资者”，与最初的承诺相悖。Ogle认为，此举损害ACX持有者利益，加剧未来抛售压力。他强调，DAO应禁止内部人员投票自身提案，若需投票必须披露利益冲突。加密领域DAO乱象多，内部威胁大，行业亟待加强治理。
