Gate News 消息，3 月 25 日，以太坊基金会周二正式发布抗量子计算升级路线图，计划于 2029 年前完成 L1 协议的初步升级，完整的执行层迁移将在此后数年内陆续推进。路线图围绕四个关键硬分叉展开："I"分叉将为网络验证者提供抗量子公钥；"J"分叉旨在降低验证抗量子签名所需的 Gas 费用；上述两项升级已被纳入今年晚些时候预期推出的 Hegota 分叉的候选方案。"L"分叉将把区块链状态压缩为零知识证明；“M"分叉则针对第二层网络提供抗量子保护。以太坊基金会表示，量子计算将最终破解当前保障所有权、身份验证与共识机制的公钥密码学，但预计"具备密码学威胁能力"的量子计算机距今仍有 8 至 12 年。基金会于今年 1 月组建了专属量子研究团队，并强调"相关工作必须在威胁到来之前启动”。
