Gate News 消息，3 月 11 日，Across Protocol 发起温度检查提案，探索将现有 DAO 及代币结构转型为美国 C 类公司及股权结构。根据该方案，新实体 AcrossCo 将成为 Across Protocol 的运营公司。ACX 代币持有者可选择按 1:1 比例将代币兑换为 AcrossCo 股权，或在六个月窗口期内按一个月平均市场价格将 ACX 赎回为 USDC。较大持有者可直接兑换股权，较小持有者可通过免费的特殊目的实体结构参与。
