Gate.io data on October 15th: Ocean Group announced on the morning of October 15th that it did not make pre-funding payments for the semi-annual Interés of $3.8 million due on October 26th, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the 3.80% green trust notes due in 2025. The trustee under this note has the right to draw on standby letters of credit to fulfill the issuer's and the company's obligations as guarantors. In addition, the restructuring is being implemented in an orderly manner, and the hearing for the UK restructuring plan will proceed as scheduled on October 18th, 2024, in the High Court of Justice (England and Wales), where an application will be made to convene a meeting of creditors within the scope of the restructuring plan to consider and approve (with or without amendments) the UK restructuring plan.
