Golden Finance reported that Marinade, the Solana ecological automatic staking platform, tweeted on social media X that 466,000 MNDE were wrongly claimed due to an error in the Earn Season 1 reward calculation script, and Season 2 is scheduled to start this week.
To prevent further impact, the claim process has been suspended. For unclaimed MNDE, the hold has been lifted after the fix.
For erroneous claims, the Marinade team takes the following actions:
Overpayment: Core contributors will withdraw 466,000 MNDE from the approved MNDE budget and return it to the treasury to protect MNDE holders.
Underpayment: 4,96 2MNDE will be distributed to 6,235 affected Wallets to make up the difference in their rewards.
