Canada launches "de-Americanization" strategy and has signed multiple protocols with Indonesia and the European Union.
On October 23, Jin10 reported that Canadian Prime Minister Carney stated that Canada is committed to doubling its exports to markets outside the United States by 2035, aiming for an additional 300 billion CAD (approximately 214 billion USD) in trade net gains. As proof of its efforts to achieve its trade goals, Carney mentioned the free trade agreement signed with Indonesia last month, the "framework agreement" with the UAE in artificial intelligence, the agreement with the EU on defense, and the agreement with Germany on critical minerals.
