Abstract generation in progress

According to Mars Finance news on October 27, CoinDesk reported that ClearBank is a new type of bank in the UK that supports encryption and is also a regulated Faster Payments provider. It plans to join the Circle Payments Network (CPN) to connect its cloud-native banking platform with Circle's Blockchain infrastructure to accelerate cross-border payment speeds and provide access to regulated stablecoins. This move follows a new strategic agreement reached between the UK-based clearing bank and Circle Internet Group, the issuer of USDC and EURC stablecoins. ClearBank will become one of the first European banks to access CPN, allowing customers to make global fund transfers at near-instant speed while maintaining regulatory transparency.
