Foresight News reports that, according to @ai9684xtpa monitoring, the "ETH ICO 1 million ETH Whale" is suspected of building a position in ETH again after a month. This address had withdrawn 13,600 ETH (approximately 47.01 million USD) from Kraken between July 14 and August 4, with an average price of 3,457 USD. This was also the first time in nearly two years that this address withdrew ETH from the exchange instead of selling. Subsequently, between August 18 and August 28, this address sold 53 million ETH on-chain at an average price of 4,152 USD, making a profit of approximately 3.68 million USD through swing trading.
