Elon Musk's X company is facing an antitrust lawsuit filed by Eliza Labs.

On August 29, according to a report by Reuters, software development company Eliza Labs has sued Elon Musk's X Corp, accusing it of obtaining key technological information from the company before suspending the Eliza account and launching a competing AI product. Eliza and its founder and plaintiff Shaw Walters stated that X induced them to share technical details about their AI agent operating on the social platform and forced developers to pay high enterprise licensing fees to continue operations. The lawsuit claims that X abused its dominance in social media to suppress competitors, violating antitrust laws. Eliza emphasized that its removal from the platform was not a publishing decision but a 'calculated and deceitful' act that harmed the company's relationship with clients and restricted its development. The case has currently been filed in the Federal Court in San Francisco, and representatives of both X and Eliza have not yet responded to requests for comment.
