Ambitious altcoin prediction from crypto analyst

A well-known crypto analyst has shed light on the future performance of altcoins.

The analyst and investor, known as Rekt Capital on platform X, said that other cryptocurrencies except the top 10 cryptocurrencies faced various obstacles last month.

As a result of its analysis, Rekt Capital stated that the total market capitalization of altcoins could reach new levels.

"The altcoin market cap is likely to reach an all-time high this cycle."

In particular, the analyst highlighted DOT, the token of the Polkadot ecosystem, and pointed out that the asset has recently experienced a 60% rise.

At the time of writing, DOT is trading at $7.96, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

The analyst, who also discussed the leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin, said that the asset is experiencing a nice recovery.

"Bitcoin fell to ~$41,200 and then rebounded strongly, forming a new 'high low'.
In addition, Bitcoin managed to regain the green range it lost.
The retest of the low range is going on successfully and so far it's pretty good."

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $43,845, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
