In Ukraine, the "first in the world" state AI agent has been launched on the "Diia" portal. It not only answers questions but also provides services directly in the chat, announced Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
"DIA.AI" is capable:
provide services — users can obtain income certificates in the chat;
to talk about the available features on the portal — you can ask about the procedure for opening an individual entrepreneur or other information;
select a tool for a specific situation — for example, if the house is damaged, the AI agent will suggest "єВідновлення" and provide the appropriate instructions.
"Ukraine is betting on artificial intelligence. And this is not a trend, but our clear mission — to be among the top 3 countries in the world by 2030 in the development and integration of AI in the public sector. We are focusing on transforming "Diia" from a digital service into a full-fledged AI agent that will operate 24/7 and provide services without filling out unnecessary forms and fields," said Fedorov.
Currently, "Diya.AI" is operating in an open beta test format. The government official reported that on the first day, the service received nearly 20,000 messages, and more than 6,000 dialogues were opened. Users requested 425 income certificates.
In August, Fedorov announced the emergence of the first state infrastructure for the development of AI - AI Factory.
Recall that in June, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine launched a sandbox for testing blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies.
