On September 2, the data from a certain Blockchain explorer shows that the Starknet network has been down for 28 minutes.
Previously, Starknet stated, "Starknet is currently experiencing downtime. The team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. Updates will be shared at the earliest opportunity once more information is available."
