Court documents show that the case was dismissed "with prejudice," meaning the plaintiffs cannot amend and refile the complaint, and the case is permanently closed. This is seen as a victory for the encryption asset reserve company. Previously, the lawsuit accused Strategy of misleading statements regarding the profits and risks associated with Bitcoin investments.
