Jin10 data reported on August 12, after a fall of more than 4% last week, oil closed flat on Monday as investors awaited talks between the U.S. and Russia on the Ukraine issue this week. "As the market waits for Friday's key meeting, the recent dumping of oil has temporarily halted," said StoneX analyst Alex Hodes in a report on Monday.
