Gate News 消息，4 月 2 日，某 CEX 获得美国货币监理署（OCC）有条件批准，可设立国家信托机构。该交易所表示，获得许可后不会转型为商业银行，也不会接受零售存款，不会实行部分准备金制度。通过美国货币监理署（OCC）进行联邦监管，将为其托管业务带来一致性和统一性，并为包括支付及相关服务在内的新产品奠定基础，更好地服务于机构和个人。该交易所表示，公司将继续在纽约州金融服务部（NYDFS）的监管下运营，NYDFS 的 BitLicense 和州信托特许权不会失效。
