Gate News 消息，OpenEden推出首个与BNY Investments全球短期高收益债券策略挂钩的代币化产品HYBOND，为链上机构级投资开辟新方向。该代币允许合格投资者以1:1比例投资BNY管理的短期公司债券投资组合，将高收益固定收益工具引入此前主要由现金等价物和国债主导的代币化市场。
据rwa.xyz数据显示，当前超过270亿美元的代币化现实世界资产中，美国国债占比超过120亿美元，而HYBOND的推出将高收益信用工具纳入链上投资，为寻求更高回报的投资者提供新选择。该产品由OpenEden Digital Limited发行，这是一家受百慕大监管并根据《数字资产商业法》获得许可的实体。BNY Investments负责底层债券投资管理，但不直接参与代币运作，OpenEden负责代币管理和发行。
OpenEden首席执行官Jeremy Ng表示，HYBOND的推出标志着代币化进入主动管理债券领域，并纳入了监管框架，使链上固定收益产品更具安全性与透明度。此前，BNY与OpenEden合作推出的TBILL主要针对美国国债，而HYBOND将投资范围拓展至风险更高的信用工具，满足投资者对收益的更高需求。
