Among them, there were no reported cases of Class A infectious diseases. A total of 18 types of Class B infectious diseases were reported with 40,196 cases and 95 deaths. The top 5 reported diseases in terms of incidence were, in order: hepatitis B, syphilis, tuberculosis, scarlet fever, and hepatitis C, accounting for 91.88% of the total reported cases of Class B infectious diseases. The top 3 reported diseases in terms of deaths were: AIDS, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C (hepatitis B and hepatitis C tied for third place), accounting for 98.95% of the total reported deaths from Class B infectious diseases.
