On November 16th, Jinshi Data reported that on November 15th local time, Boeing's board of directors announced the election of Tim Buckley as its newest member, effective January 1, 2025. Buckley will serve on the Finance Committee and the Governance and Public Policy Committee. The 55-year-old Buckley previously served as Chairman and CEO of Vanguard Group, during which time the assets under management rose by 80%. As the 12th member of the board of directors, Buckley will be the 10th new director added by Boeing since 2019.
