According to the latest weekly report from CoinShares, the total inflow of digital asset investment products reached 176 million US dollars last week. The trading activity of ETPs was significantly higher than usual, reaching 19 billion US dollars this week, with an average weekly volume of 14 billion US dollars so far this year.
The Ethereum network attracted a capital inflow of $155 million last week. This brings the total capital inflow for this year to $862 million, reaching the highest level since 2021, mainly due to the recent launch of the US Spot ETF.
BTC saw capital outflows at the beginning of this week, but a large influx of capital in the last few days brought the total inflow to $13 million this week. The shortsBTC ETP saw the largest outflow of funds since May 2023, totaling $16 million (23% of AUM), bringing the management assets of shorts positions to the lowest level since the beginning of this year, indicating that many investors have withdrawn.
