ARK Invest: The on-chain strength of Bitcoin has laid the foundation for the rise in the fourth quarter.
PANews, October 11, according to CoinDesk, ARK Invest led by Cathie Wood pointed out in its latest "Bitcoin Quarterly" report that the core fundamentals of Bitcoin remain solid, with network activity, profitability, and supply distribution showing strong potential demand, and long-term holders showing no signs of dumping. On-chain positioning is bullish, with most tokens profitable and held by low-consumption investors, providing favorable support for prices in the fourth quarter. Medium-sized investors continue to increase their holdings, while large holders' selling has slowed down, resulting in a healthier upward structure. Institutions are accelerating their adoption of Bitcoin, with digital asset trusts and spot Bitcoin ETFs holding approximately 12.2% of the total supply, highlighting a deeper integration with traditional markets, providing stable demand, and increasing its potential to be viewed as a strategic asset allocation. Macroeconomically, controlled inflation and a weak labor market are prompting a shift in Federal Reserve policy, along with government measures, which could drive "productivity-driven economic growth," reinforcing bullish signals. However, ARK Invest warns that there may be greater volatility later in 2025, but fundamentals still create favorable conditions for Bitcoin's potential rise.
