Arbitrum rise to the sky - Does ARB have a chance to reach $0.75?

Abstract generation in progress

Arbitrum (ARB) has just recorded over 2.5 million daily transactions, an increase of 18.25% compared to before, indicating that the level of on-chain interaction is becoming increasingly vibrant.

The number of active addresses remains stable at 371,300, reflecting the ability to retain users despite the overall market fluctuations. Liquidity is mainly concentrated in Tether and Circle, accounting for nearly 60% of the total capital flow.

With increasing activity and gradually expanding liquidity, the question is whether this is enough to push the price of ARB higher or not.

Will ARB escape the sideways phase?

After several months of sideways trading, ARB has broken out of the accumulation phase and entered a potential bullish cycle.

Breaking through the range of $0.38 – $0.47 has established new upward momentum, with the range of $0.61 – $0.64 currently acting as short-term resistance.

The important thing is that the DMI indicator shows that the bulls are in control of the market, with +DI maintaining strength over -DI and the ADX indicator strong at 26.7.

This indicates that the buying power is being reinforced. If the momentum is maintained, the next upward movement may target the $0.75 region.

Source: TradingView## Is the money flow on the exchange signaling accumulation?

According to Coinglass, data on the exchange shows a continuous net outflow of funds, with the latest figure at -$553,870.

Continuous outflows often signal accumulation, when tokens are transferred from exchanges to private wallets or held long-term. In fact, reduced selling pressure often sets the stage for higher valuations.

Therefore, this development adds further growth momentum to the recent structure of ARB. However, there remains the possibility of short-term price increases, creating local volatility.

Source: CoinGlass## Are derivative investors leaning towards the bulls?

The Funding Rate for ARB is currently at +0.009%, indicating a moderate optimistic sentiment from leveraged traders.

This stable position indicates that the derivatives market is leaning towards the bulls without being too hot.

Compared to previous spikes that led to liquidations, the current environment seems quite balanced, with the derivatives market leaning towards buy orders but not yet falling into a state of excessive greed.

In addition, stable spot trading combined with limited exposure to derivative products has provided ARB with a stronger growth foundation.

If the Funding Rate remains stable, the upward trend is likely to be reinforced.

Source: CoinGlass## Upcoming Prospects for ARB

Arbitrum's trading volume is increasing, with negative net flow, a stable number of active addresses, and a stable funding rate all indicating a potential recovery.

Although the resistance level of $0.61– $0.64 is a very important area, sustainable demand and favorable technical conditions may help ARB break out higher.
