This distribution point is operated by the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation," supported by the U.S. and Israel. Since late May, this private organization has unilaterally taken over the distribution of aid supplies in the Gaza Strip, bypassing UN agencies, while the Israeli military frequently fires at Palestinian civilians near the aid points.
