UK officials: The UK did not participate in the attack on Iran, nor did it receive a request for assistance.

Jin10 reported on June 22 that UK Secretary of State for Business and Trade Kemi Badenoch stated that the UK had not received a request from the US to use its Diego Garcia base for strikes against Iran, but was notified before the attacks occurred. Badenoch mentioned that the UK had repositioned military assets to the region and would take "all necessary actions" to protect its key allies if they were threatened. She added that Prime Minister Starmer had talks with allies on Sunday.
