Jin10 data reported on May 14, Dongpeng Beverage announced that its shareholder, Kunpeng Investment, has cumulatively reduced its holdings in Dongpeng Beverage shares from 33.487 million shares to 28.2492 million shares through centralized bidding and Block Trading from March 14, 2025, to May 14, 2025, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 6.44% to 5.43%. The reduction in holdings did not violate any commitments or trigger any mandatory acquisition obligations. This change in equity touches the 1% scale, belonging to the normal reduction of shareholders holding more than 5%, and does not affect the position of the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller. The company will continue to monitor Kunpeng Investment’s reduction plan to ensure compliance and timely disclosure of relevant information.
