We all know that in this market we are constantly losing money, and we also know that some of our behaviors in trading are causing our losses—frequent trading, constantly staring at the charts, unreasonable stop-losses, or even no stop-losses at all, chasing gains and cutting losses. You know all these lead to trading losses, but what? You just can't do it. When another opportunity comes around, wow, you forget all your previous losses, and you want to make a big killing again, feeling like you've been resurrected with full health. Actually, when it comes to trading, I can only say you haven't suffered enough pain yet. Only when you've suffered enough pain, when you've taken a severe fall here and paid a terrible price, will you understand and begin to value the anxious behaviors you once had. I don't hope that everyone waits until they've lost a lot of money and feel the pain before they wake up—that statement comes at too high a cost!
The losses are your own hard-earned money.
